Scheduler Administrator | High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Scheduler Administrator to join our team based in our High Wycombe Office.
Duties will include:
- Communicating with clients via phone or email
- Planning works for our team of Electrical Engineers on our field service management software – Job Logic
- You will be required to have excellent prioritisation and planning skills
- Tracking work completion, to produce accurate invoicing information
- Ordering parts from suppliers and tracking their delivery to ensure job completion
Skills / Experience:
- You will have exceptional people skills alongside building good client relationship (strong communicator, service orientated, supportive and helpful to colleagues)
- Calm, resilient and flexible with experience in a fast-paced service environment
- Experience user of e-mail and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Forward planning and reactive problem solving
Salary range: £22,000.00 – £25,000.00 (Depending on experience)
