Senior Domestic Gas Engineer or Commercial Gas Heating Engineer
We are looking for a senior domestic engineer who wants to upskill or Commercial repair and service engineer required, primarily working on light commercial systems, completing reactive and preventive maintenance works. If only domestic qualification are held, commercial training will be given to the chosen candidate once completion of successful probation period.
Work is centered around the north west of England so engineers can be based anywhere.
Job role will include gas boiler repair and servicing and testing, commercial catering checks (if qualified) and some installation works. Further training provided to the right candidate if they have interest in FGAS and air conditioning. Experience of general HVAC would also be desirable.
Engineer will need to show excellent fault finding skills and basic electrical testing knowledge using a multimeter and a good understanding of general heating systems. Basic 42.5hr week minimum, Callout out rota 1 in 7 weeks, role will be based in and around the North West. Engineer will ideally be located in Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Cheshire or Lancashire
