The Vic is situated at MediaCityUK, one of the top business districts in the North West, on the banks of the Manchester Ship Canal. MediaCityUK is home to a number of high-end retail and entertainment establishments, including Pret A Manger, Booths, Catena, Grindsmith, Marco's New York Italian, The Dockyard, The Alchemist, and The Botanist, among others. MediacityUK is well positioned and is serviced by three tram stops, 6,000 safe parking spaces, cycle paths, and frequent bus lines.
The building, which is now finished, has over 80,000 square feet of Grade A office space in a beautiful waterside position with parking, close to the Harbour City metro stop, and a short distance from MediaCityUK's shopping and entertainment options.
Renovations included a complete strip out and refurbishment of the reception, ground floor areas and core areas to eight floors.
The communal spaces have been re-imagined inside and out to reflect the needs of modern business. We are proud to have been involved in the renovation of such an iconic building.
