We are extremely proud to be awarded a 2 year contract with Manchester City Council. We have been successful in 2 lots within the framework from the ‘Neighbourhood Services Minor Works in Default’ tender to carry out electrical and fire detection works. These works are raised from legal enforcement notices issued by Manchester City Council which have been served on a property.
The electrical works will involve a wide range of electrical repairs including electrical installation condition reports and upgrading of consumer units right through to full property re-wires. Some works will be classed as an emergency with same day attendance required. Fire precaution works will include emergency works that are required to be completed within 24 hours of issue and temporary fire alarm installations. The framework period is for 2 years with the option to extend for up to an additional 2 years in the Council’s favour.
