Good luck to Fire and Security engineer Christian Manahan who on Thursday 21st will be setting out on the huge challenge of cycling from London to Paris. The route which is expected to take 3 days to complete is a total of 246 miles.
Christian is raising funds for the Great Ormond Street Hospital in memory of his dad who sadly passed away at the age of just 39 in 2005. Unfortunately he was born with a heart problem that he battled with until the age of 12 when he underwent an operation at Great Ormond Street which allowed him to live a full and happy life.
Great Ormond Street Hospital provides world-class care for its young patients and their families, and pioneer new treatments and cures for childhood illnesses.
