Our Fire and Security department welcomed the inspector from the NSI to carry out our 6 monthly audit. They undertake regular inspections in order to assess whether or not we are adhering to the quality standards that are required to retain their Gold Standard in security services, & that our work complies with industry standards. We’re delighted to report that we passed with flying colours!

All NSI approved companies must comply with the relevant British, European and International standards for technical excellence. For example, they must security screen their employees, provide staff training and supervision to recognised industry levels and hold insurances to protect their customers and employees. For the majority of schemes they must also agree to be audited once every 6 months by fully trained NSI auditors, including random visits to end user sites. Only companies determined to be the best in their class subject themselves to this stringent process.
