We have another exciting project kicking off for major client Safestore this week.
Hot on the heels of the underground car park conversion at Paddington Marble Arch we’re onsite at a completely different addition to the storage giants portfolio. This time it’s a steel frame new build on the site of an old warehouse in Mitcham, London.
The package includes the complete electrical installation, fire alarm, CCTV & data. We’re delighted to be working alongside the Safestore team of main contractors again, including Principal Contractor UC Build, architects Tew & Smith, Synergy Consultants, Construct & self storage fit out experts Active Supply & Design.
The concept of ‘selling place’ has really taken off in recent years with Safestore dominating the market with well over 100 stores Nationwide. That trends looks set to continue as the demand for affordable business premises & commercial & domestic storage space increases.
What we love about Safestore is you never know what the next project is going to be. We like a new challenge.. this week it’s a snow covered construction site!
