Job description – Commercial Office Administrator/Co-ordinator
Barlow’s (UK) Ltd is a long-established, family run company that is rapidly expanding.
We are looking to employ a Commercial Office Administrator/Co-ordinator to join our commercial electrical department working from our Cheshire Office in Malpas.
The role:
We are looking for a suitable candidates to join our team of office staff within the commercial electrical contracting department at our Cheshire Office in Malpas, this role involves looking after and working on commercial contracts for well-known high street blue chip clients. The role is a busy and demanding role that requires great communication skills and the ability to prioritise and organise tasks quickly and methodically.
The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with a variety of tasks and responsibilities ranging from dealing with customer enquiries and organising appointments, Processing orders, Scheduling jobs, staff and materials, Job costing analysis, updating of client/in house portals, liasing with engineers, processing various forms of data management to aid with the successful running of the department/contract.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work without supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication with customers and colleagues.
- Technical skills (proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel etc.)
- Numeracy skills.
- Organisation skills.
The role is a permanent, full-time position and the standard working hours are 08.00 or 09.00 – 17:00 Mon-Fri
Job Type: Full-time – 8/9am- 5pm
