Hours: 42.5 hours per week + Overtime
Salary: £38000 – £42000

Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager (Electrical) to join our busy Electrical team. This is a full-time, office-based role at our Oldham office in Chadderton. You’ll play a key part in supporting the department in exceeding customer expectations as well as providing technical support to our Electricians.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with operational staff and customers to maintain a high level of service
- Coordinate engineers’ work schedules
- Ensure KPIs are monitored, met, and updated
- Providing quotations for small works to customers
- Issue purchase orders and monitor job progress
- Compile job completion notes and prepare invoices
Skills & Requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management
- Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues at all business levels
- Competent with Outlook, Microsoft Office, Excel, and general computer systems
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Qualifications
- Must hold ECS Gold Electrician Grade Card
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
- C&G 2382 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations
- C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing would be advantageous
