- Customer Service by handling enquiries and being the first port of call either by telephone or email
- Resolving Customer queries
- Job Scheduling
- Preparing Customer Quotations
- Preparing Sales Invoices
- Assisting with general administration duties
This is an 18-month Level 3 Apprenticeship – Business Administration
